Digital purchases are normally final once delivered. If a confirmed external or technical problem makes your purchase impossible to provide, Northside will offer a suitable alternative—and if you do not want it, we will approve a refund through Tebex.

When delivery is genuinely impossible

The purchased package cannot be delivered because of a confirmed server, platform, or third-party limitation outside the buyer's control.

A location-based purchase cannot be installed because the location is already occupied or technically incompatible.

Northside cannot provide the purchased benefit and no reasonable equivalent accepted by the buyer is available.

Not eligible

When the purchase was delivered correctly

Changing your mind after a package has been correctly delivered or used.

Losing access because of a rule violation, ban, suspension, chargeback, or fraudulent information.

Requesting cash for a package that is still deliverable as described.

Real example

An occupied MLO location

You purchase an MLO for a gang, but administration confirms that the location is already occupied or conflicts with another required resource. Northside will show you suitable alternatives of comparable value. You may choose one of them or request your money back. You will not be forced to accept a replacement you do not want.

Resolution Process

A documented review from request to resolution.

Keep your Tebex transaction ID. Northside never asks for your card number or banking password.

Open a support ticket

Provide the Tebex transaction ID, package, character, and a clear explanation of the delivery issue.

Administration verifies

Staff checks payment status, delivery logs, package requirements, and the reported server conflict.

Choose an alternative

If an appropriate replacement exists, you receive clear options and may select the one you prefer.

Refund if unresolved

If delivery remains impossible and you decline the alternatives, the approved refund is issued through Tebex.
